BCIITY & CLLCTIVLY’s Organizational Resilience Grant (Cohort Model)
BCIITY & CLLCTIVLY teamed up to launch the first-of-its-kind Organizational Resilience Grant with a focus on supporting orgs in scaling & sustainability, integrating liberatory praxis, executive leadership skills, & building a community.
OVERVIEW: The Organizational Resilience Grant Cohort is a 12-month program designed to strengthen the capacity of youth-serving nonprofit organizations in Baltimore City. This initiative, a collaboration between BCIITY and CLLCTIVLY, is founded on shared values of community-centered practice, liberatory methodology, and service. The program integrates strategic assessment, technical assistance, and a holistic support system to maximize the collective impact of participating organizations.
